This is the True Admin account with complete priveleges in Vista Home Premium
(I only recommend no Password if you are the only user
of your PC)
Have had this configured on my PC for 6 weeks and have had
absolutely no issues. As a
matter of fact, it makes living with Vista much
easier and a less of an obnoxious or
disagreeable OS. Please note that this
only applies to Microsoft Windows Vista Home
Premium Edition Operating System.
(Home Premium does not have User and Group Control
in the Computer Management
console, even when ran as Admin)
